Had to have one to go with my Ruger precision rifle 6.5 creedmore ...this is a Savage 10fcp in 308 topped with a 6x24x50 vortex scope I just put a precision armament muzzlebreak on it today gonna see how it shoots this weekend

Threaded 5/8x24 ..the break is a timed break so it was a pain in the u know what to get it right had to buy the 30$ washer set to go with the break...I put the break on to help with the muzzle jump when u buy these new they come with no break at all just a thread protector..

You had to pin and weld the brake didn't you? I'm glad I wasn't the guy doing that job.

Regarding the noise, I have just purchased from AAC a cover that goes over the brake when a suppressor is not on (I spend most of my time in FL.), that screws on to the 51T brake adapters. It acts as a flaming pig and has all gasses go straight out the front.
They have only made one so far for the 223/556, the 7.62 should be coming next
