Just got back my bow buck, I have to say they did a kick ass job with everything, really satisfied with their work and the owner joe was a nice guy, will be returning hopefully with another buck.....

They are the best butchers I've ever used. I see now that they're processing whole carcasses again. However , you only have 2 choices for their butchering services.

Choice #1 The whole deer processed into chop meat.

Choice # 2 The whole deer processed into sausages , kielbasa , salami , etc...

Malafy can refer you to local butchers also.

Not trying to be sarcastic here, but, are there people that actually want there whole deer made into ground?

They will also Give you roasts and the meat back/for cutlets and stew.If having processed for sausage or other ground products they do a wonderful job.
