do you change when going from Bow to Gun?

I have from time to time slacked on scent control and prep in gun season compared to bow. But, it's the exception not the rule. I still very much hunt the wind and thermals.

I also tend to take it less serious than bow. The challenge is still there but it is more about "getting out there" and seeing what happens. Historically I tend to shoot a lot of does in gun season as I'll pass them up in bow outside of an early season freezer filler. I can let them hang and it's not a mad rush to process against the temps.

I keep it pretty much the same except for the couple of days during the season that I go out with our group of guys to do drives. When we do drives we tend to try and use the wind to our advantage, and actually want the deer to smell the pushers coming before they get to them, the sitters typically get placed so that the wind is in their faces. Otherwise, its still all about scent control and playing the wind, just like bow season.
