Moho81
Wow, what a story. I’m glad he pulled through and I can’t believe all the charges where dropped against the 2 guys. I hope the family comes out big in the civil suite. As the NRA says. Think first shoot second. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Nomad
I can’t imagine target shooting without a back stop or at the minimum a downward trajectory and a clear sight path down range , and that I’m iffy on . I used to think I got over charged by the local I had plow up a berm on our land for my backstop, this puts it in perspective.
erussell
Sh#% happens. My buddy was shooting chucks and a bullet went through a chuck and hit a rock. Went 500 yrds back past him through a car door and hit a guy in the arm as he was driving by about 70 mphs. So if you think about it any bullet you shoot in the woods could kill someone if their time is up. Thats why i find a thick tree to stand behind when i hear shooting. TreeGuy
Def not saying they were in the right, but I did a Google maps of that area and even used onX to find his lot. I could see why they thought they would be ok shooting there. Again, not saying I would do it but could understand why. Flatlanders have a hard time finding backstops. I'm lucky enough to have a ridge to shoot into, but as previously posted, anything can happen and send a bullet flying weird directions. Def should bring some awareness to us for our shooting locations. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
