Yogi and Boo Boo didnt hibernate

Despite the bitter cold and heavy snow, 2 bears spotted today up and about in central Vermont.

I'd expect bears to be up and about  in March most years....

Really cool! Black bears don't truly hibernate, they can be up and about at any time

I have seen fresh bear tracks in January and February....
