Nassau hunters

Where are the Nassau hunters? Where does everyone shoot (bow/Rifle or shotgun)?

I am in Farmingdale..bowhunt suffolk county, waterfowl western suffolk,nassau Great south bay, Oyster bay...

Hunt upstate.  Shoot Bow @ CB Archery in hicksville.  Gun something NC Range or Calverton.

I can not believe that there is only three of us on this site from Nassau. I'll try a long Island roll call.

Bellmore here. I hunt cottontail rabbits on long island, belong to pheasant run sportsman club, and hunt snowshoe hare in the adirondacks. Also bow hunt the east end whenver get a chance

I used to work in Massapequa before  I moved upstate, where do you fellows hunt? state or private land, I guess for you is bow only huh? How is the state land down there, crowded or not?

I never hunted on LI... I'd assume the hunting spots out in Suffolk would be pretty busy.

On weekends they are very busy. During the gun season it gets quieter.

Hey Gang.  Live in Valley Stream, hunt up in Otsego, but will hunt anywhere....

Live in Glen Cove. Bow hunt Otsego and sometimes Suffolk. Do all my small game and gun hunting in Otsego. Looking to try duck hunting this year for the first time.

I like in Westbury but primarily hunt delaware country.  I get out a few times during the season to suffolk, but I'm not a big fan of hunting out there.

Wantagh, bow indoors in my 13 yard basement range. Outdoors at cedar Creek (2 mins from house). Rifle and shotgun on private land in Sullivan.
