Stands on state land

Can I get an assist on the laws for putting a ladder or hang on up on state land for hunting.

 

I can't seem to locate it.

That's odd, I can't find the page with the regs either now. I know you cannot use anything that has to screw into the tree, that's state wide. As for leaving them up, thats tricky as some state lands allow you leave them up as long as you have your name and address stamped on the stand. But, not all state forests actually allow it. Also, most if not all WMA's do not allow you to leave anything up even overnight.

This is what I could find. I know you have a month or so after the season to take down anything youve put in the woods...at least thats what ive been told.
