Bionic
Do they work? Birds love making nests on the crossbuck ends of my log home, and on the window trim. Was thinking a couple fake owls perched on adjacent corners to reduce/prevent the birds muddying up my new stain. Have a good one, thanks. grampy
They do work. But the birds will get used to them, and ignore the fake owl. Unless you move it around to different places and positions.
Pygmy
Just tack up a few 8x10 glossies of Turkeyfeathers in his Realtree speedo.... Sorry... Couldn't help myself...Hehehe.. On a serious note, I always had good luck in discouraging from nesting under my carport and deck by hanging crow decoys from fishing line...No birds are going to build a nest with a crow nearby... LoL, pics would always keep me away haha. Thats an idea too, these birds are so annoying, and we do not seem to ever have crows here really, so that might work.
