i have friends in Minisink Valley, 9.4% increase!! and me 6.5% in my town....only a few handred bucks a year but after a few years, ahhh you what i mean, just do the math..

Yeah its called a village tax.  You pay tax on your property and you pay tax for the school district and next thing you know you will have to pay a village tax for village your property is located in.  The 2% tax law is a good thing but like said they will recoupe their future losses somewhere else.

yes they will raise sales tax.  We are goig to pay one way or another
