ZeroHedge called it. They said there would be no use of Presidential emergency powers....yet. 

Word on the wires is that Trump is being threatened with a massive economic downturn if he builds the wall. Tonight he was prepping the moral high ground. He is giving Congress one more chance to do the right thing I believe, while establishing the narrative of a war by Dems and Rhinos against ordinary Americans. He needs to win the moral war if indeed this results in an economic crisis. People need to love their nation and families more than their account book.
