Nice day for grouse. Got 2 and my nephew got 1 in a 45 minute hunt in one of our litte honey holes. Flew 8 but nockear shots on the others.

Way to go! Not too many easy shots on grouse.  Beautiful birds, and great eating too!

Had one standing watching me burn a building to the ground sat..maybe it was trying to get warm..never seem to be around like that when I have gun in my hand

Grouse hunting is my favorite of all hunting. Unfortunately I don’t go as often as I could. Damned crows and pigeons have reveived my recent attention.

Waiting to get out until the baby comes but my cocker is ready. Flushed 25 and took 4 before the deer season break.

Finally broke out one of the Sweet 16s for the hunt. They haven’t received the attention they deserve. Use the 12s most of the time for crows and pigeons as the ammo doesn’t break the bank.
