Anyone ever hunt the East Hampton properties or Cedar Point?  Alittle far but I just camped out there with the kids and man alot of deer.  Just curious of peoples experiences.

I don't think you can hunt the deer at cedar point.

I asked a few yers ago when I was there about the deer and turkeys.

I was told no hunting.

You def can hunt deer at cedar point.  And other properties in that area.

theres a certain section of cederpoint you can hunt, all I hunt i suffolk parklands.  I hunt the ones in manorville mostly.

I hunt waterfowl out there every year. I asked about about the deer hunting and was told you have to be a east hampton resident. I'll be out there camping in a couple of weeks, I'll ask again.

From what I've been told you have to be a county resident for all counties and a town resident for some. I have also been told some Suffolk properties are hunted by big wigs of towns and counties [ you need to know some of the power players].

All the property around the park is town land [East Hampton resident]  or privet,in which case it is already being hunted.

  cbx46 thanks for the tip I bin hunting sea ducks there for a few years now and will have to look into this more

papabear  Do you hunt from the blinds in the park, or do you tow your own boat?

my buddys and me hut the blinds  I have  my blk lab that comes with us

What time do you have to leave home to be out here for the drawing

two hours befor sunrise some days it worth it some it ant but it all ways good to get out and do some hunitng
