Alfredo tortellini soup

I made this over the weekend as the weather kept me inside! After i made it I thought "I should have used some of the wild turkey breast i have in the freezer" It's very rich so next time I  will cut back on the cheese and use some skim milk to thin it a little. The red pepper flakes add some good heat.

It DOES look very good. I'd have to imagine you'd only be able to eat a fairly small size portion, like menttioned, it sounds pretty rich.

i make a tomato version of that - very good and easy to make.  almost the same recipe except add in diced tomatoes
