The phrase "well regulated" during the time the Constitution was written, was meant to imply something running like a well tuned watch mechanism.

Any elected hack who thinks rights should be regulated to the point of being licensed privileges, needs to be removed from office for violating their oath of office and being too stupid to represent anyone's freedom.

It amazes me that all these anti's have their own interpretation of the 2nd Amendment. The Supreme Court has already done that and their interpretation is the law of the land.

Unfortunately the SCOTUS ruled the 2nd Amendment refers to an individual right, but it has yet to rule on the limit of infringement a state can impose.  That needs to be done in order to shut all these anti-gun totalitarians up.
