I used to be quite annoyed when on public land hunting behind my dog when random people would “follow” us in hopes of shooting a bird he put up. I know its their right but sneaking around the next hedge row is quite dangerous or having a shot ring out from the other side of the hedgerow is quite unsettling.

I know what you mean I actually was on the way out  when I saw them and only hunt   those fields when nobody is there .

I have been  sprinkled with  bird shot from the other fields one time at that place . 

Its unnerving to say the least
