Ticks and mosquitos??

I've been hunting Columbia and Dutchess Counties primarily and yes.... I pulled 5 deer tick off of me in the past two weeks. Freakin mosquitoes have been alive, well and EATING also! I hate this warm weather this time of year.

I was out this morning and found two ticks crawling on me on my way home and it was well below freezing overnight.

Yes the ticks are out in force in area 3 Monday my brother pulled one out of his arm. He called the Dr. and was told to bring the tick in to be tested for lyme. Now he has to sweat it out for the next few days.

I returned home from 4W region Monday night and I had a small one crawling on my wrist. I was able to pluck him off cleanly with the tweezers before he feasted. Then I found another dead one on the floor of the laundry room the next day. The 7pt I shot the last weekend of bow season was loaded with them crawling out of everywhere.

What is the best tick scent free repellant that I can pick up from Dicks Sporting Goods ? I'm getting covered every time I go in the woods !

I know region 3 has them. We harvest a couple of deer last weekend, and they were full of them. Mosquitos showed up after it warmed up.
