Congress needs to put a stop to this executive branch abuse of power.  The President was never given the power to legislate or spend money not authorized by the Congress.  The more one President is allowed to get away with it, the more the next one abuses it.

I don't know where the idea the President has the power to legislate with executive actions came from, but according to the Constitution, no such power is granted.
