After mounting new scopes and laser bore sighting and seeing how nice it was ...

The 243 was almost dead on at 100 yards with just bore sighting .

Small adjustment and it’s perfect !

The wolf took a little more work .

I was wet swabbing after every shot .

Using Hornaday sabots and 777 pellets..

Finally got it

Details on the .243? (gun, scope, bullet, handload?)

Distance to target?

Is it for deer hunting? (some here will say you are under gunned, I won't)

The 243 is a bolt action , scope is a Leupold

Bullet is a Winchester 100 grain

100 yards was the last shots

As for being under gunned ..I have killed every deer I have shot at with this rifle and most died in their tracks.

Others went no more than 40 yards.

Shot placement is the key and this thing shoots flat as a pancake !

.243 is a fine deer round. Modern bullets have been a game changer for the 6mm class of cartridges.

It’s a great round.. every shot I’ve placed is thru the heart..it’s a great round and I do t waste any meat with huge holes
