pistol permit

i live in buffalo ny erie county i just handed in my pistol permit application and go for finger printing tomorrow morning. ill update this threw out the process.

i applied for hunting/taret shooting and full unrestricted hopefully i get the full unrestricted.

Red, I am working on mine too ,did you turn yours in at the permit dept. today & now you have to go back to get finger printed tomorrow ? I was told they do it there when I take my permit there. Where do you have to go to be printed? Thanks for any info.

i handed in my application to the pistol permit office down town then they give you a list of different places in each city and town in erie county where you can get finger printed. i called the number as soon as i walked out of the permit office and they let me chose my location most of the locations do finger prints monday threw saturday and its $105 for the finger prints $20 to hand in the pistol permit application. good luck

It figures another Erie co. rip off $105. It use to be you could go to your local police & get printed for nothing!

IMHO, there should be no fee for pistol permit applications. Why should we have to pay to exercise a constitutional right?
