Hunting Blind Heater

I have a few elevated hunting blinds on my property and I want to add a heater to one of them so I can take my little guy out with me starting this year. I have read that some have used propane heaters. My concern is tipping off the deer with any odor. If anyone has info or previous experience your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

i use a little buddy heater, no problems with it, except when bottle is getting low on propane, it will flicker and give off an oder. but thats easily fixed by a new one.

hot air rises, with the odor, so it's doubtful a deer would notice it on the ground.
