Culvercreek hunt club
Take a new hunter out. I can't tell you how it refuels that desire.
fasteddie
At my age , I still have the desire but don't go out unless I have one of my sons or someone to go with me . I have only been out 3 times so far this season and scored once . I haven't had to field dress a deer in 3 years .
Five Seasons
I've had my challenges health wise over the years. Woods therapy has always been helpful for me. It doesn't matter what tool I'm bringing with me. But if like you said, you're ok in your head space maybe it's the challenge part that is getting you down. Not everyone is looking for the grind and challenge of archery. Hell, we've all been in the stand with the stick and string unable to punch an easy tag that would have worked with a gun. And maybe this is a down year for you and you take some time away to get your shit together. Don't force it, that will just lead to bad shots and experiences. Better to not be in the woods is my advice.
