Absolutely everything helps! Those commercials are nasty and i hated to see them, made me feel uncomfortable probably because they make you see what is happening or what could happen to you. They should have started those ads yrs ago because i am sure they help more people than we will ever know. They use to be kinda mellow and are getting a tad graphic, sure they will get worse, maybe an "R" rating. GreenHunter good luck to you and good luck to others that are quitting.
