I have only seen 1 buck alive while hunting, He was after a doe i believe he was a 8 pt.

When i have chester out he will sometimes come out from the brush and run like hell to the truck. I thought he was doing this because he didn't see me when he would pop out. He has done it a few times. Last weekend he came out looked at me and ran for truck. I don't know why he does it, what hes doing, i just don't get it. He does always come back. Any ideas?

I am looking for the guys address so i can stop over. Last year i only seen him at his stand on opening day. I like the flashlight idea or cell phone light but would really like to talk to him. thanks for the responses

don't know them, the land i hunt is not that big and with the rd and farm and houses i put myself where i feel is the best place for me. i figured flash light would be better than yelling " I am here !"

here is where i hunt. last year on opening day of shot gun the guys were out on other land. ( stand ) i am about where X is on the ground. My question is should i maybe use a flash light to let him know i am there? I don't think they knew last year that i was until they walked out very close to me.
