  1. The Lee Challenger set is a good set to start out with for reloading . It has the basic necessities at a reasonable price . Once you get your feet wet doing a little reloading , you can add to this outfit . A lot less than RCBS , Hornaday , Lyman , etc .. https://www.brownells.com/reloading/reloading-presses-accessories/reloading-kits/50th-anniversary-kit/?sku=100010149&utm_medium=cse&utm_source=connexity&utm_campaign=itwine&utm_content=100-010-149&cnxclid=16869639216725606047710090302008005&utm_term=16869639216725606047710090302008005

  3. I don't think more sub forums are the answer . We need Members to to respond to posts that are already made . We need full participation . Members with 200 , 300 etc. posts have started to come alive a bit .
  4. I still have some of my large rifle primers that I bought at Beikirch's for less than $3 / hundred . We won't ever see that again . I still have over 900 lg pistol primers .
  5. $3.45 per round is a bit pricey ! Start reloading .......
  6. I am so glad that I got into reloading . Even though the reloading components rose in price , it is still less that buying ammo outright . Waiting for two of my sons and grandson to test some rounds so I can do some more reloading for them .
  7. Congrats ! Awesome looking bear .

  9. Congrats . You got 'r done !
  10. I was using Black & Decker cordless drills . When the batteries crapped out , it was a bit difficult finding replacements . I was able to buy some on clearance . Then I bought a newer model and they were discontinued but I got extra batteries for the drills . Then I bought a Milwaukee heated jacket followed by a heated vest . I bought some off brand batteries for them and they work great . Last year I bought a Milwaukee battery operated 6" chain saw . It is great when you want to clear some shooting lanes and don't want to carry a big chain saw . I am not ready to go GREEN but I am finding that many of the battery operated tools are lasting much better than their predecessors .
