NYT in 4, didn't get HNY today, had 4 letters in 3 tries, dam!!

5 on both today.

I got both in 4 tries today!!

Took all 6 tries today, only 4 on NYT.

4 tries yesterday's word, 6 today, that was hard!! NYT 5 tries.

I got NYT in 5.

Did I miss today's wordle? or is there a link to it?

100% agree this housing market is insane! My daughter is closing today on a house in Tonawanda that we were fortunate to get in on before it went on the market. (through a friend, and I can't thank them enough!!) She has been looking for a house since August. We bid on at least 6 houses and got outbid every time by 30-50k. She is a single school teacher with student loans so her price range was low. The available houses in her price range were very limited and they sold fast. Now the Daddy do list has begun!! I'll be busy probable right up to spring turkey season!

Got today's in 3, NYT in 5. I use ADIEU first and follow with STORY if I don't get any hits.

My house never had a sump pump/crock. The town added a new ordinance that requires all houses to have a sump/crock prior to sale. And the existing floor drain (that ties into the sanitary sewer) must be removed and capped off. I did the work last summer so it would be done in case of future sale. The sump is working great but with this rain and snow melt I got water coming in through the concrete patch where the floor drain was! I'm going to have to bust out the concrete patch and cut the pipe I installed to put in a tee with a drain, then pitch the concrete patch to slope towards the new drain. This will allow the water to flow to the crock. Hopefully it works and doesn't create a new area for water to come up.
