Any thoughts on mossberg 930

I have one of the 930's and like it a lot. have had no problems ejecting spent shells. even low bass. the only thing I found was you have to wipe down the tube where the barrel slides and the gas check then it works fine other wise if it is cold out it will stick. but otherwise no other issues. hope this helps. I only use mine for waterfowl hunting and maybe some crows.- 1 reply

Pygmy I fish the branchport end of the lake for lakers starting in mid april but this year it might be later lol. I have never fished the hamondsport end but have always wanted too. nice catch would love to get into jigging for them but son and our friend don't have the patients for it so we troll.

this is the first buck in 10 years with a bow. been hunting all that time but nothing to shoot. this one came by my son but was too far away for him to shoot. he radioed me and told me to watch for him next thing I knew he was right there. I grunted at him he stopped and I let the arrow fly. watched him go back the way he came and crash into a tree. waited for about 45 mins and went to find him he only went about seventy yards.

I have the Mossberg 930 and love it. it will shot the 23/4 lowbase withy no problem and it will only shot 3in shells not 31/2 that the 935. I shot steel shot with the mod choke even though you can shot it out of the full choke paid less than 500 for it

if all else fails make jerky out of the breast meat. thats what i do with ours we get. i use the reciecpt ( spelling ) for my deer jerky tastes great

I am selling my CVA wolf for $175.00 it comes with a simmons 3-9 scope. might have been shot 15 times i just dont use it and it would make room in the cabinet. i keep it oiled and clean so it does not get to rusty. you can pm me or email at [email protected]
