What's the matter with you? NYS DEC allows shotguns to be used in 3S for small game. Westchester County has no discharge ordinance on firearms aside from rifles. NYC DEP has designated areas that allow small game hunting and the use of shotguns. Private property in Westchester only need to obey the 500' rule for proper discharge. Keep changing the story. You went from no firearms in Westchester.... to no shotguns in Westchester, and now the story is no shotguns on DEP property, but it's ok for private.
