I love it !! My daughter went to her Jr. prom a couple weeks ago. I tried like hell to get home for pictures, before they left the house, but I just couldn't make it in time. I was dying to get a photo of her date and me, with me holding my baseball bat. That would have reenforced the talk I had with him and made a funny post.... Maybe next prom.

I haven't been out since the end of last month, but the apples and pears looked pretty damn healthy then. Even the ones further into the woods. I assume nothing has changed.

I can only zoom in a little bit and it seems normal. Maybe if I could get more zoom I would see something.

Good pics. I've been seeing them all over the place. Just last week, I pulled into the local Kinney Drug store and there was a good sized snapper crossing the parking lot heading to a wet ditch on the side of the store. A young girl who works in the store went running towards the thing thinking she was going to rescue it from getting hit. She was about to pick it up when I yelled to her that it would bite her. She went running back into the store all flustered. I told her to just leave the turtle alone but she was on a mission. While I was in line ,waiting to pay for my survival pack, the girl went running, I mean running, back out side with a snow shovel that she got from the back room, and before I was able to check out she came back in with a big smile on her face. I guess she saved the day.

I tried everything and the stink'n door still closes about 2" above the floor. Might have to break down and call someone or I might attach some kind of rubber/plastic strip across the bottom of the door to take up the space. I think lawn edging might work although I hate to cob job it.

I installed it with my brother in law about two years ago and it never did go down all the way.

No it will open, but I can't get it to go down all the way and I'm getting frustrated. I tend to get irrational when Im frustrated...LOL!!

Yeah I tried it and the door goes all the way down, nice fit. But when I push the button, it still closes way too short.

It's a Sears model with the horizontal bar across the top of the door, but the door is about to become a truck shaped hole !
