  1. Im willing to be that they charged him with Criminal Possession of a weapon. Because the mini bat is technically a "Billy Club". Which of course is B.S. Almost any heavy wooden club type object can be a Billy Club. A bat, an axe handle, a wheel barrow handle, the thick end of a pool cue….It really is a broad, ridiculous definition.

    Fanged buck..

That is freaky!!! Never heard of or saw anything like that.!!!! Have you seen this before????
  3. Do you remember what the specific charge was?? and did your son get pissy with the cop or something??
  4. I remember watching my friend take a fox at maybe 40 yards, with a 22LR. It was looking at us and he zapped it just under the jaw….. Bang-Plop. 22Lr isn't the best choice, but at close range and with good shots????????
  5. That should work, with well placed shots.
  6. I might take some of the .357 ammo off your hands if I lived closer. Prices aren't bad at all.
  7. As bitter tasting as it is to you, what they did was legal. Thats all Im saying. I'd probably be a little twisted too. It is what it is.
  8. OK…File a law suit, on the grounds that your 4th amendment rights were violated….Let me know how you make out.
  9. Its not exactly an assumption of guilt, just like a search warrant isn't an assumption of guilt. Im Just telling you how it is
  10. Dom…how long are your average shots with the 22LR??
  11. No…If there is a report of animal abuse in progress, then time is essential. If they wait too long to act, the animal may suffer or die. It takes a long time to draw up a search warrant and then find a judge to sign it. Im not taking sides, just telling you how it is. Even though it sounds crazy, its the same thing as someone reporting that there is a person unconscious, behind the bushes, and out of sight, in your back yard. They won't wait for your permission or a search warrant to go onto your property to check.
  12. Ha..Ha.. had a Bud lite, but theres a few more in the fridge and the wife is out of town!!!
  13. Incorrect …….in some cases. Like the one the OP is talking about.
  14. But whats the best broad head ??? It has to be the Rage 2 blade 100gr
  15. OK..so the building was unoccupied….so you agree. They "threatened violence" but again they are in the middle of nowhere..violence against who??,,, those who would have "stormed the place"? Why do that?? ...Let them freaking sit there, and sit there until it gets too old for them. Again... they're in the middle of nowhere... Do you think that the place would have been stormed if these guys weren't white?? Is that what your saying??
  16. No.. Based on 27 years of experience. 100% legal
  17. Do you think the fact that these guys are in the middle of no where and took over an unoccupied building, has anything to do with the fact that they were not approached or even surrounded ???
  18. Reminds me of when I was bird hunting. We would often run into to older guys. They were in their mid 70's. We would always stop and talk with them for a few minutes. They had been bird hunting together since they were kids and tagged along with their fathers, who also hunted together. They hunted with Springers, and both used real old, double barrels. They always got birds. Im sure they're gone now
  19. Me and a couple friends always had bird dogs, back in the day. I haven't hunted birds in quite some time. But when I was 20, and up until I was almost 40 my friends and I all had labs. They were flushing dogs, but one of my labs would occasionally point. Great Sport
  20. They didn't jeopardize anything….. I know you think it sucks, but they were 100% legal.
