These people are the leftist cabal in America and they don't care what Biden thinks. he will do what he is told to do, as will they all. And if anyone does, they are supporting a corrupt political establishment. Bankruptcy from medical bills is not the end of the world. People live on afterwards and do well. But the smart thing to do is never allow yourself to be in a position to go bankrupt because of medical bills. Besides. the entire medical situation is what it is because the govt has been fugging it up for decades. Biden has been a part of that destruction his entire political career. He's going to push all sorts of income redistribution on the productive taxpaying citizens in America and the people who don't deserve it will continue to vote for leftists to keep the theft going. Perhaps you don't realize that Federal Judge is a Democrat and part of the massively corrupt Pennsylvania political machine. He has more than biased motives for tossing those court cases. That's why there is an appeals process that removes the case from the Pennsylvania level. The same can be said for every one of the court cases you cite as being tossed for lack of evidence. This will be sent to the SCOTUS for final adjudication and that will be the only decision that matters. I hope you support that decision as much as you do the lower courts.

It certainly is a problem when the announcement focuses on the person's transgender status over their qualification excellence. Promoting trans status over qualifications is proof that was the major qualification Biden had for the job. The burden of proof this person is the best candidate for that position is on Biden.
