So true. But I'm the chubby guy struggling with 20lbs curls (kidding)... I love the ones that sounds like they crap their pants with every curl. AHHHhHHhhhHHH One, AHHHHHAHAHAHHHHH Two.... Really? STFU and lift please. And they get mad at me for mocking them for some reason.
-
Thing about lifting is after a month or so regularly you rarely get sore... And assuming the shape he is in based on his posts its prob no issue.

Remote Control Planes / Cars / Trucks / Heli's any one?

Anyone play around with remote control planes / cars / trucks / heli's? I used to when I was a kid a lot, mainly cars / trucks. I recently asked the wifey for a plane for xmas and man its a blast. I got a little 3 Channel called the Night Vapor, you can fly it inside with a big enough space and outside only if the winds are below 3 mph. My wife wants to kill me because I have since ordered a micro 4CH plane and also a little heli Its a blast.... Can't wait til my kid is old enough to learn then I can blame it on the kid. I also have an old RC Gas Truck I've been slowly cleaning up and fixing, hopefully have it running by next weekend. I have to many hobbies and not enough time... My poor project car (a real car) hasn't seen any love since my daughter was born 8 months ago. -
Looking for a Chevy.

Off topic but, any Linux users out there? Just curious

BTW if you want to learn server based admin, I suggest a VM with debian and CentOS to get started (No GUI). And if your interested, this site is running Debian (apache, mysql, php) -

I'm not a fan of Fedora, but a lot of people love it. Ubuntu is nice, debian based (my fav!), but not a fan of "Unity". You should try Mint Linux, its debian based as well, and its really polished. You have all the benefits of the large repository of debian. You could also go straight to debian as well, which is what I run on all of my servers. -

I love it.. Use it mainly for servers but the Linux desktop experience has really improved over the last few years. If you have an old crap desktop or laptop its grat to toss Linux on there. I have an old laptop, I tossed "Mint Linux" on there, and use it in the garage for looking up crap when I'm working on garage projects. Whats nice its like Mac OSX - really no viruses and all that other crap that comes with a windows machine. And its inherently more secure from the ground up. -
Wow, glad no one was hurt!

I just want to drop the weight as fast as possible, then I'll worry about changing my diet to fit the needs of my lifting plans. I had an issue the past 2 weeks where I couldn't work out (not even cardio), I had cut get infected. Anyways, even with zero cardio, I'm down ~10 pounds in two weeks and a total of 19 pounds since Jan 3rd. All because of eliminating carbs... Its a beautiful thing, and hope I can stick to it for at least 50 pounds. With the elimination of the carbs my caloric intake is down slightly but not much, which is why I'm never hungry really. And even if I am, I just grab a snack (peanuts, meats, cheese).
