    I've seen it go both ways on here with guys for and against AR. Those for it look at it one way and selectively choose what to answer, those for it look at it the other and selectively choose what to answer. The biggest gripe I have is those who speak for my WMU with AR, that have no idea what my WMU's hunting conditions are nor ever will.

    Where are these big bucks taken? Again, AR is not needed for all area's. There are plenty of area's of NYS where big bucks roam, and some where they don't.

    It has two uses tho, it can also be used in urban area's, (its a setting) and instead of inches it says A,B,C,D, and DD. OK, back to AR's... I did visit the butcher in my area. (2 miles from my property in 3H), he said not only have the racks been bigger, but the standard boxes he used to use to fit the meat in had to be increased. He has not seen a decrease in the amount of deer he as been processing either. Reason we were there is my uncle got a nice deer...

    Just watched the vid, it is amazing. That must be so cool to have that history and the harvest to go along with it. Hopefully you can have those pictures printed up nice to put next to the mount.

    I guess, but when you hear shots that sound like a 300 magnum at first day light, single shots, it makes you wonder.

    Me and Antlers are less then a 1/2 a mile away from each other by the way. I didn't know that your buck last year had corn. Guess we have to keep our eyes out. I forgot the other user on this site that is from the area, he said he was told from a state trooper they had a problem with spotlight poaching in the area as well.

    I even asked the butcher, who knows the area better then I, and is a mile from me. Is there a chance of a food plot near by that I can't see, I am sure there is. Just saying, seemed a little fishy

    The deer my uncle shot had a stomach full of corn... guess what, no corn fields near by... So shots, + other things make me wonder what is going on.

    Ah holy crap, this post worked?! I thought it failed, when I was in my stand it timed out 3 times! That is the metal stand I bought, its a 2 person big dog I got off ebay from sports authority closeout. It was like 159 including shipping, great deal and sturdy as a rock!
