  1. They hammered it. I have trail cam pics of them just inhaling the flowers that used to be on top. Now there is clover and other things coming up, so hopefully this rain we got last week and the rain we get today get that brassica and clover going.
  2. Apple picking in Sullivan / Orange county? Any recommendations?
  3. So far they destroyed the buckwheat / Clover / Oats plot which was 50% buckwheat. There was some buckwheat in the other plot, but the oats are shining through now. Yes that was the buckwheat standing tall, but all of the buckwheat is hammered down to nada now.
  4. One field is Whitetail Imperial Pure Attraction, it has a mixture of Oats, Wheat, Brassica, Kale, Winter Peas, Turnip, and a few others. The other food plot we planted has a mixture of Clover, Buckwheat, and Oats.
  5. I have one on cam like that, actually a lot bigger patches. But looks healthy, as everyone else said its prob the coat change.
  6. I forgot TP one day, good think I had undershirts on and a knife.
  7. Figures, the one tree I pick out of the 1000's and 1000's.
  8. True, thats different. But when your neighbor has 100 acres, and they are on the line, it makes me wonder why? And its not just in one spot.
  9. I agree, I rather be way off the line, this way no one can screw with my hunt.
  10. Are you waiting on a specific buck and or size during opening week of bow? If what what are you holding out for? I have not made up my mind yet if I'll take a 6 or wait for a 8, or take a doe. All I know is I am excited!
  11. So, What time will you be in your stand on opening day (and other days)? And are you sitting the whole day on opening day? Looks like for Bow season southern opener: Sunrise is at 7:08AM and we have about 11 hours of daylight. So if sunrise is at 7:08, then I guess I'll be in my stand the latest by 6:30am. But is 7:08 the time the sun just starts to creep up or? For rifle southern, Sunrise is 6:48am...
  12. WOW, nice pics! Looks like that camera is in the perfect spot...
  13. I actually checked thinks over today because I got that bow rattler thing in the mail, and installed that. Can't wait to try out the bow to see if it helps quite it down.
  14. You can watch the property line from 10-100+ yards away too though.
  15. I don't understand why people put stands on property lines when they have a ton of property. When I refer to on the property line, I'm talking with in 10 yards. Does not make sense to me.
  16. You do get reciprocity. The one's with stars next to them means they only honor resident PA licenses... Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado*, Florida*, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan*, Missouri, Montana, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah*, Vermont*, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming
  17. Have you had any issues since?
  18. That's a good question... I have neighbors treestands all along my property line, pretty annoying actually but this is our first year there. So, if its on the property line, I assume they have shot over the line in the past. I'll have to talk with them.
