    Life. To busy. To cheap. I can kill nice bucks here. For free. To hot down there. To many snakes that will kill you. Bubba with a gun. And i no longer live there anymore so i dont have to. Never made much sense to me to travel great distances to kill something i can kill in my own backyard.

    as it should be. A spike arrowed on high pressure state land is more of a trophy than a 180 in high fence ,hand feed, unpressured, pet deer. Do what you want its your money but dont go braggin about it like you accomplished something amazing. Because its not. Not talking about your deer papist that awesome! Talkin high fence.

    They have some real hogs down there. Most of the deer were imported from Missouri or michigan or something like that back in the 50s when they repopulated them so they get big racks and big bodies unlike most southern deer. This one is from an hr north of mobile. Seen many larger.

    Only real fair chase is stalking with a recurve. Everything else the hunter really has the advantage.

    Your going to pay about as much for one of them canadian deer as you would for a tied up canned deer to.

    My uncle shot one a few yrs ago with 2 broadheads in his shoulder all healed over.

    Passed 15 bucks and 34 doe and took one buck in bow. According to the log i keep. Thats between Pa and Ny. Thats not counting the 2 bucks i tried to kill that either couldnt shoot or couldnt get close enough. I buy the tags to get in the woods. I dont really need much meat .not that needy anymore. I kill one for myself. If anyone else asks for meat i tell them to go get there own. Lol

    Was just a rack mount but was never happy with it. Was a good memory so i finally talked myself into doing a shoulder mount. Glad i did. Shot him in january during the Alabama rut. Came down a old confederate railroad bed through a palmeto swamp following 12 doe. Great day.
