    Same here. I never got more than one season out of Lacrosse or any other rubber boot. I tried Muck and found I get 2-3 seasons out of a pair. More comfortable too.

    I use the DNZ game reaper one piece mounts on my 06 and love them. I like that it eliminates a junction.

    I just bought a Ruger Hawkeye stainless/synthetic in 30-06. I haven't shot it yet, but I love how it feels. I put a Leupold VXII 3-9x40 on it and don't see needing anything more for a scope.

    Cool Wooly! I have the head from my tom in the freezer so that I can do the same thing. Any tips?

    I believe Chevy will be following in the use of aluminum. If it works as well as Ford claims, Dodge won't be long in following too. A higher up individual at Novellis told me that the use of aluminum on the trucks will increase gas mileage by 10-12 mpg with no loss of power. If this is true and it's durable, other truck companies won't be able to keep up using steel.

    I love my F150, but really I think it comes down to personal preference. I don't think there is a clear winner.

    I wasn't implying that. However, there are some people who look down on some hunting methods. I felt like this was the point of this article.
