  1. As mentioned I moved to 35" tires on my jeep and have 5 basically new 33" tires (technically 32.6") I would like to sell. These are in perfect condition and figured I would give a great deal to a forum member if they want them. Size is 255/75/17. Should fit most trucks and jeeps with 17" rims. Great tire and cost $230/each at tire rack so $1150 for the set. Selling for $400 for the whole set of five. Even if you don't need tires now, these would be worth buying and holding until you do!
  2. Seems like a cool adventure but I know I would be ready to go home in a week or so.
  3. On sling if you want to pay for it.
  4. OK maybe a bolt hood lock .... ugggghhhhhh
  5. shoot, with the weather, may need some indoor ideas. Maybe Pygmy is right on corning.
  6. I thought it had to do with Gobi killing all the spawning bass. Good info.
  7. Played gold there all the time in law school. Great RTJ designed course and it is a pretty place!
  8. Jeep mods complete. Came with 2 1/2” suspension lift. Added 35” Nitto ridge grapplers (surprisingly quiet new) and upgraded rear door hinges and spare carrier. Also added steps for my vertically challenged friends/family. Drives smooth and tracks great. DONE!
  9. Yep - lake O bass fishing is hurting. 20 years ago both hedges and the bluffs were places where you could catch em almost every cast. Now nothing.
  10. At one time it was great small mouth fishing off those bluffs.
  11. I heard of this story too. But in fairness, I had little hunting experience and the goat was still delicious.
  12. Lots of good ideas all. Thank you. Moho we have done the falls more than a few times so that one is not in the cards. I am liking Treman state park as a new one we have not explored.
  13. Want to bring the kids and Ana somewhere on Sat. within a few hours of Rochester. Have done Letchworth and Watkins Glenn. Any thoughts or recommendations?
  14. I recall Sam Potter telling a story where he went galloping towards a buck snorting to confuse it. It made be crack up thinking about it. Could work AT but might be a pain carrying that cutout through the woods. Never know though. Good luck. Would be a cool experience.
  15. Yep. My grandparents call it macaroni whether it was ziti, angel hair or rigatoni. Macaroni and sauce with the occasional reference to the type of macaroni.
  16. I loved the swap sheet in HS. Tried so hard to convince my father to buy every ratty muscle car in it.
  17. As much as I like a real homemade sauce with pork, sausage and meatballs, I am not a sauce snob. When I was in college and dieted for a bodybuilding show (which I hated) I ate Ragu mixed with tuna and pasta daily. It was fine. The dieting sucked though. Decided fat and strong was more fun.
  18. Now I know what I want for Father's day!
  19. Already had 2.5" when purchased. 35" nitto ridge grappler going on tomorrow. When I realized 4.10 gears were added at factory, it was too much to resist. lol
  20. Wait, I am part Swedish - I take umbrage with your suggestion that Canadians are more of anything!
  21. That's a regional thing. Up this way, it has always been know as Sunday "sauce" - as far back as having relatives with broken accents. Start cooking around 9 am and done when we would all sit as a family around 3pm and stuff our faces.
  22. Limited market but the best of its kind in terms of condition I would bet. First person that actually looked at it.
  23. John you can close this up or leave it further comical commentary if you choose.
  24. SOLD PENDING FUNDS - and the mods for the jeep have already started. Darn you Grampy for jinxing me - I was so determined to leave it as it. But........
