  1. Just kidding Biz. It was good seeing you and all the rest - except Treeguy.
  2. Ah ha. You were missing for 3hrs which is what I would estimate it would take you to loosen 2 bolts and write a love letter. Starting to make sense. And where is Jrs award?
  3. Kinda thinking Biz was starting his efforts to off the competition for the big buck contest this year.
  4. So as I drove home last night I heard a click in the rear end of the girly Jeep when hitting bumps. Looked under there this morning and the sway bar bracket on drivers side was loose. Now trying to decide if this was an assassination attempt by Biz and Sodfather or whether they simply failed in their duty to protect the Jeep from Stormy. Could it have been a conspiracy? So confused but the attempt was thwarted by a box wrench and 9/16 socket this morning. So I am accounted for although it appears someone was betting against that! Hmmmmmmm
  5. Phade pinwheeled a buck a few years ago that had passed by me at 60 paying no attention to my grunts. About 300yds away, it spotted a 1/2 rack decoy that was 20yds from him and came in angry. It was set up on field edge but could be seen from trail in woods. The buck veered from his course in the woods to come right down the trail to meet his demise. Definitely worth a shot. I have had a few deer spook when I tried it also. No big bucks however.
  6. Wait, did my father make the get together. SWEET!
  7. I hope she makes it. But if she doesn't, while she will be disappointed, its also a great growth experience. How she responds is what is important and hopefully you can help her respond in a productive way. Continue to work hard and improve (to make that team next year - she is one of the youngest already so not really expected that she would be among the top 16) and accepting disappointment gracefully but with determination is what I would want to encourage. AS Culver pointed out, some failure can breed even greater success in the long run. And in the end, remind her, the credit goes to those in the arena (win lose or draw), not the critics as Roosevelt said.
  8. Pretty sure any truck or vehicle with a carrier will do that in less time. BUT the minivan sure does sound exciting otherwise.
  9. Personal bodyguards. Also supervise the secret service when Trump visits.
  10. Good luck out there guys. I hear the fishing has been spectacular but we still have the boat in dry dock.
  11. For me it’s a DD, family hauler, doors off convertible toy and hunting truck all in one. Needs to do all reasonably well and I still like my creature comforts. Need 4 doors for that.
  12. I just sprayed again but I don’t have earth moving equipment so only no till for me.
  13. 2 doors would be horrible for a DD, especially with kids. That would definitely not be practical. Has nothing to do with looks. Plus, having been around them since a kid as my brother always owned one, the longer 4 door ride way better. But to each their own.
  14. Rescheduled my dinner with Trump. I will be there.
  15. Now you are making me reconsider a trip to the GOAT tomorrow. Perhaps I can just adjust my expectations?
  16. "Bill" there is only one jerk on this forum - although I am admittedly confused about who the real Jerkman is.
  17. I am with you Larry but the good news is that finally everyone will be able pay their $50k/yr in real property taxes.
  18. I am sure the check will clear. No worries Biz! Probably plans to put it on the boat for his trip to the Bahamas.
  19. Uhhh - I have met Andrew, he is no Beamer driver. Unless we are going redneck lifted beamer!
  20. Wife probably requested it. Didn't want to hear anything from him.
  21. Funny that my 74 year old father wants a jeep. And he keeps vehicles for years so I suspect he will still be driving it in his 80s God willing.
