thank you thats exactly the kind of help ill be needing lol. ive been looking up and getting cals on rental places for some equipment for food plots and making some clearings... we will def have to keep in touch, spring will come quick.. i am in the town of pittsfield right near New Berlin. oh and by the way, the deer up thee better have some big bodies cause 200lbders are very common on the island lol

Well after more then a year of being in the market for land i bought some in Otsego Coutny. Its not a whole lot of land, its 12 acres but it feels like the right 12 acres. Natural funnels, more then 350 feet of creek running through, field for food plots, more then a dozen apple trees (making fruit), great deer sign on the land. I would have bought bigger but i did not want a bank note and i bought this one out right so 12 acres will have to suffice. im pumped to finally own something thats mine and its not a bad drive at all 3.5 hour drive and excited to start doing some hinge cutting, food plots, planting and so on. i know i have bugged a few on here for some time while i was looking but the search is over lol

I have a few apple trees i have to cut back on the property, i will prob do that end of the month or in February. going to do some hinge cutting in the spring and plant a few more trees...

i think i might order a few for spring and try em out... if you look at the banner on huntingny you will see the the apple trees. not sure about it being austrees website.

I just saw them in a banner on this site, has anyone used them and bought from them before? Just curious about their apple trees how long it took to make fruit since they are claiming faster fruiting times.
