  1. the older i get the more it becomes a pipe dream. the original plan had me going to ut after az. i would use my points for elk, deer, and antelope points in 3 consecutive years as a resident.
  2. first i would move to az and become a resident. after being a resident and able to buy a lifetime license, i would move to wy or mt. by having a lifetime license in az i would not be subject to nonresident quotas. moving to wy or mt, i would have a pocketful of tags with long seasons.
  3. if it was me, i would leave the decoys home and continue to call. i get to watch a lot of turkeys being bullied. if a tom is bullied he will usually lead the other birds off and then circle back to the hens.
  4. sunrise on foggy morning, as he lies, tagged out.
  5. this ^^^, maybe tom decoy and gobble call for jakes. r the turkeys seeing the decoys and not coming in? r there hens?
  6. whats ur setup? r there hens? r u opposed to shooting a jake?
  7. that goose better watch out. the toms were feeling it.
  8. hens scattered quick this morning and by 6:30 toms were looking for love.
  9. i like it. a lot of the people i see dont take care of their meat very well. i see guys out west shoot antelopes and leave it in the back of the truck or the sun in warm weather and then complain about the way it taste. antelope is good.
  10. put some turkeys to bed tonight. first flock had 19, 6 hens, 13 jakes and toms. second flock had 10, 7 hens, 3 toms. the 2 flocks were a half a mile apart. watched the flock of 10 fly up. the 7 hens flew up between 7:52 and 7:59. the toms flew up 8:00 to 8:02. the flock of 10 did no gobbling on their own. the flock of 19 gobbled about 20 times from 7:50 to 8:17. at 8:20 made both flocks gobble by coyote howl.
  11. i think i know of a place for u. iirc, there is a place in wetern mt that serves what u want. it has a slogan, pu$$y(mt lion) in the spring and balls(rocky mt oysters) in the fall. plan a spring turkey hunt and let us know.
  12. like the pic. field mice must be like eating crunchy dry sardines . my family prefers pronghorn over the other western game. if i remember correctly, lewis and clark preferred dog over everything.
  13. i call bs. u put chicken and beef in a wok, i'm not eating bird.
  14. my niece just got back from china. before she went i asked her to tell me which one tasted best. she didn't try any, which was expected. have any of u tried rat cat dog or horse and did u like it? if u haven't, would u?
  15. dec must think that feeding untested animals doesnt spread cwd but baiting does.
