In a story I read ,the North Carolina wildlife management stated that " in order for a decline in the population to occur ,90 percent of the population must be removed ,if not managed after that ,the population could return to what it was in as little as 5 years" I'm not sure if those number match exactly like a state that has winter like the northern states .

The same pair on camera a couple times the last few years and one of them is almost black ,I saw the black one a few time this past season while in the woods.

Sort of related to topic . I have a seek reveal pro handheld thermal I use for watching the deer patterns at night in the fields. Once I see them I use a igen 20/20 digital NV monocular to watch them. It works good for entry level NV ,the downside to digital is it requires constant user input to see optimal images ,focus and gain adjustments. You can get really close to a gen3 image with digital in some conditions.

They are not afraid to travel to find a safer place to call home. Often times they end up in populated areas . Devepments and human pressure drive them to find new areas . They are built for populating as well. A maginifanct creature ,that requires human interaction to controll the numbers clearly.

You're crazy if you think the pigs arnt winning , those pigs would be long gone if it was possible . It's estimated that wild hogs cost 1.5 billion dollars a year in damages.

One of the biggest reason wolves were so easy to maintain numbers is because they are so pack driven ,the scent from one could lure the entire pack back in. Like you said ,coyotes have no problem going out on their own when they sense the pressure.

Only humans have spread over a larger area . I'm all for hunting or trapping but to label them as rats or down play how Intelligent they are is just ignorant.

It's been proven that coyotes will Increase litter size if the population decreases. Ive been listening to Dan Flores on the subject of coyote recently and never realized how incredible these creatures are . I have way more respect for them then I did before learning more about them.

The only reasonable thing to do is to judge a man based on what brand of bow they shoot ,I found that to usually be a good indication of one's true identity.
