horrible analogy.

some great mass. nice buck!

how is this a typical response from me? Not voting for something because a politician who you dislike is behind it is exactly what's wrong with this country. I'm a republican voting conservative, but there are views the republicans have I disagree with. There are particular republicans I do not like. And I've seen both parties veto bills from the other party that were good for everyone "just to prove a point". If we were less political and more common sense and created laws that made sense for everyone then we might not have the problems we do in this country. If como was for reducing property taxes (haha) would you vote against it because he was supporting it?
-
handicapped is one of his reasons. And I support it for those who are handicapped or elderly.
-
me neither, because crossbows are illegal.
-
I don't believe I stated it as fact. that must have been it. thanks for clarifying.
-
yeah i thought there was more to it. but I believe the whole state is 1 buck.

it's only fair to you because you're not a gambler. Did you know playing poker for money with your buddies is gambling? I'd like to add that I do not gamble. I just do not agree with the government telling me what I can and can't do. You should all feel the same, but only choose to when the issue is important to you and that's wrong.

there is a difference between bringing your kid along to track or sit and allowing them to use a firearm or to kill.

in the morning when I walk in I don't wear orange at all. It's dark and I have a headlamp on. If you shoot me then? well... For me I wear a ballcap in anyhow, so during gun it's an orange hat. Then switch to a facemask when I cool down. I have a vest that I put on on the way out or in on afternoons. It's real easy to take off. You're right that it probably doesn't matter. It's just psychological I guess. Plus no need for other hunters to know I'm there IN A TREE. haha.

don't you have a gun rally to attend? but can your bolt action shoot past 30 yards? do you have to do anything special other than pull the trigger? and you know how I feel about that.

Someone sent this to me on Facebook. Little crazy. http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=27f_1383019928 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oge0PtypSK0

I have to say it's interesting that some of the pro-gun crowd is also anti-gambling. You fight so much for your rights... but only pick and choose which rights/freedoms are ok? The point in fighting for your rights and freedom is that it doesn't really matter "which", it's the fact that the government is telling you no. Haven't we all used the argument to the anti-gun crowd regarding the 1st amendment and asked them how they would feel if they took that away? You can't pick and choose.

i wouldn't vote for it, but Kentucky's healthy buck population is one of the best examples on how to grow big bucks. They have a 1 buck rule and I don't believe they have ARs.
-
lol that has nothing to do with it. it's all geography. And NY bucks are underrated. There are some nice deer in this state.
-
Or during late season. Or you can shoot one with regular and one in late. One with bow and one with late, if you don't use regular. With a super sportsman, no matter how you slice it you can kill 2 bucks in anyone of the separate 3 seasons. The bow is the only weapon you can use in all 3.

With a front moving in that would be a great spot. Not that I agree, but someone found out a while back that hunting fresh cut corn is illegal? Can't remember where they found it.
-
Ok got it. Haha thanks

quote those who said they were primitive? the crossbow is not an advancement. it's been around just as long as the recurve. But the 2 are not the same.

what upsets you more on tv: the guys getting mowed down with a machine gun or when a dog is killed? I'm totally desensitized to human killing. Senseless animal killing, kids and woman still gets me fired up. Real or not. The argument was not that it's the "only reason" but it's part of it. my first kill was at 17 with a gun. deer ran into a field and death rolled. i still remember it vividly. I could handle it, but I did feel bad. I've done 2 executions in my life. I remember them very vividly and want nothing to do with it if I can, but it's part of hunting. My first was at night. That deer was dead on his feet but I didn't know any better and it was getting dark. I got up out of my blind immediately and went after him. He was laying in a ditch dying. Vapor was actually exiting the hole in his rib cage and the sounds he made I will never forget. Normally you dont see this part of the kill. Thing is... it's possible to turn a young kid off of hunting. It's also a learning experience and life lesson. I previously stated that I don't feel strongly about this topic, and agree parents should manage their kids, not the state (but we know many parents who do not do this well). So like someone else mentioned, if I don't let my kid hunt and the neighbor does?

I use my wife's tag. Does this piss you off too?

what? lol.
