It is the little things that are important as TF said. My kids have noticed me hold doors for both men and women, especially when it is cold outside. I get a huge smile on my face when my kids let someone else go in front of them or better yet, hold the door for them. Usually a Thank you follows and then a You're Welcome from the kids. Great stuff you don't alwAys see from today's youth but is refreshing when you do. -
Trying Immortality imperial amber ale by Saranac. Not bad. Has a citrusy taste and aroma.

yeah that's a lot of darts. Doubt someone will drop that kind of change for all of them but you never know so thought I'd share it just in case.

Just saw a 4 pack for $11.99 at the store. I passed this time around. Next time if it's there ill pick it up.

Tough act to follow but we had a beef roast in the crock pot. Kids didnt like my last concoction so I tamed it up. Onion soup mix, roast, potato, and carrots.

Sold a desk on Craigslist so I ordered takeout for the wife and I. Pizza and salad. Lazy tonight and she didn't cook dinner. (She pulled a muscle in her back so she's off the hook) Haha ????

This dirty bastard is trying a Dirty Bastard. First sip was good. Second sip was better. I like it. Definitely taste the malt. Not bad for my first Scotch Ale. Will have to try another.

Cracked open the Dark Penance tonight. Poured it a little hard but let it sit for a few minutes. Wow is this not what I expected. I like the regular IPA's much better. This has a lingering aftertaste that to me is unpleasant. I finished it but this is not for me. As Rock said, it is over the top hoppy.

What year was your stang? I had an 87 coupe I used to drag race back in the day. Raced a lot at NY international in Leistcer(sP?) NY outside of Geneseo. Miss the toys.

Just tried the Vanilla Porter. Interesting beer. Had a slight caramel taste at first and then a slight coffee flavor and finally a hint of Vanilla. Almost tasted flat. I would like to try another brand before I form a love it or hate it opinion. It wasn't awful but it wasn't great. I'll look for the one you suggested TF. Thanks for the advice.

Early dinner tonight as daughter has practice at 6. Grilled porkchops and crispy crowns from the oven.

Ok TF, I'm scared of these next 3 so tell me what I'm in for if you recognize them. Dirty Bastard is a Scotch Ale and I've never had one before. Has an 8.5abv. Next is Dark Penance which is a black IPA and is 8.9abv. Last is Snowdrift Vanilla Porter. Never had a porter either. It is 6abv.

Homemade Stromboli filled with brown sugar ham, pepperoni, cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Topped off with the same cheese blend. Bought some wings too as we had a guest over for dinner.

Had a Miller Lite while cleaning the garage. Hit the spot. Went and got another pick 6. Gonna hit a few of those in a bit. Just got back from a 2 mile walk and time to make homemade Stromboli. Couldn't wait so had this with dinner
