it is scary because politicians have figured its safer for them politically to let a system collapse and then stand there with their hands up saying DUH instead of telling the teachers union we are cutting your pay and benis, and retirement because theres no money left. kinda like what happened with the whole wall street disaster, they all saw it coming but our leaders stepped aside and let it happen..

we are freakin doomed because there isnt a politician in the state that dare messes with the treachers union. so i guess it just going to have to collapse on its own. already starting to happen in other states...

i have heard some talk of turkey numbers being down this year in NY. and i havent seen the usual huge 20 and 30 bird flocks cruising threw my fields this winter and saw very little during last deer season in the woods in the way of turkeys...what are you guy's seeing and hearing?

you see the problem with Ted is he is not really good for our sport he is just good for Ted. he's not as crazy as everyone thinks he is, he just knows what to do to stir controversy and get people buzzin. just look at any Ted thread on any forum, some have gone on for years. i used to like the guy years back but have found the true Ted story is not a good one. he's got children with several differant women some of whom he screwed over on support, he talks a mean game but did a real good job avoiding veitnam on a student deferment all while making millions playing concerts and never even being in school. hes a coward who talks a mean game but serves himself best. and people out there that dont hunt (not anti's) just think he's a nut..i mean come on just drop the politics and look at the guy folks?

#1 ive been bowhunting in NY for 30 years. #2 increase in poached deer, pure nonsense, hasnt happened in any state that has included crossbows in bowseason, and why would a poacher need a crossbow season to poach deer in the first place. #3 increase of tresspass, are you serious?do me a favor and keep running your mouth because it's guy's like you that make the point for me really easy to get across..

i will tell you why, because your arguments are factless fairytales along the lines of the knuckleheads that used to argue that the world was flat.if you came out and stated your real concern of other hunters shooting your deer in bow season i could almost respect that. but you antis always cloak your arguments with pure BS that anyone with half a brain can see right thru. so respect other hunters and tell them your real concerns and be truthfull if you can and drop the, "duuuhhh a crossbow is like a rifle, duuuhhh and belongs in rifle season" hogwash already.

yea a crossbow is just like a rifle and belongs in gun season, man you need to wake up already dude, your argument is pure crap...Im a New York state resident and pay a hefty tax bill for my property in Uster county every year. i like many others want the right to hunt with a crossbow during archery season, if you are so dead set against it then dont friggin use one. mind your business and dont try and dictate to other hunters what you think the perfect archery season should be.

yea i hear there have been thousands of deaths do to loaded crossbows in PA since they went full inclusion. the way you twist facts to bolster your argument is similar to what anti gun and anti hunting groups do.

i give you alot of credit for the challanges you must have faced in taking on what is a form of art. its one thing for a guy to say yea i'm going to replace the clutch on my truck but to mount your own deer heads, damn i wouldnt even know where to start!

every time something like this comes to light we all sit around and say "OH my GOD" thats totally unsportsmanlike!!!. but then alot of us will sit there watching hunting shows with superstar hunters like Waddell, and the dumb blond Lackowski and guy with the funny voice she hunts with shooting monster deer each and every week all year long for decades now, and alot of us sit there saying wooooooo, did you see the buck Tiffany shot on last nights show????????? theres alot of BS in the sport or so called sport of hunting, plain n simple.

unfortunately the divisions in this country created by big business and politics has made Americas people weaker. just the way the ruling class wants it. as long as we are at each others throats they can steal everything from us including the kitchen sink.. there really is no such thing as a liberal or conservative, you can take just about anyone and ask them a dozen or so questions about todays hot topic political situations and ideologies and you will get a range of answers the will cover the spectrum from so called lib to so called right winger from each and every one of them. it all BS America, wake up already.
