i drink anything before i go into my stand that has a strong scent, also i tend to drink my coffee before i brush my teeth so 1) they dont stain 2) the smell comes out. and i usually drink water in my stand. A buddy i know drinks coffee in his stand and he doesnt have a problem with deer.

i consider myself a young person(25) and i hate the whole technology personality thing, i meet more people chatting online than i do in person, everybody is either on the phone or has earbuds on. i live in NYC. i dont think many people know how to socialize face to face anymore.

im going out this weekend, the wife will go saturday and ill take sunday -
get the surgery man, the shoulder is a baby and needs to be cared of very carefully. once it goes, it never comes back 100%. just like the knees, ive done Brazilian ju jitsu for a long time and my shoulders still arent the same even though i have stopped and hod some work done on them. its just not worth it.

i just sprayed permethrin on my clothes that i do farm work with. usually come off with one or two ticks on my clothes but after the permethrin spray. found nothing. definately will be spraying this on my main hunting outfit when i get the chance

i do most of my fishing in the catskills or up in sullivan county. just got some fly fishing gear and want to try it out. anybody willing to join up?

could be ticks, N.Y hasnt had a really bad winter to kill them off, real bad tick where i hunt in monticello, at least they dont look emaciated. -
Exactly like the title says 30 for the broadheads, never used 3+1 practice head, will trade for small game head. Badlands 2200 backpack never used looking for 220$ or trade for a good smaller backpack. Both items were received as gifts and have not been used

Does anybody here go duck hunting near the 5 boroughs? Or southern ny? If your willing to have someone tag, ill gladly put some work in. I'm the only person besides the club that wants to go waterfowl hunting.

thank you greybeard for your first long post. I got in touch with south shore waterfowlers and one of the main guys was very nice on the phone and told me to call back closer to season time as to register for the waterfowl ID classes. the meeting place for them is only one hour away from where i am in the bronx. I used to live in queens in howard beach, which wouldve been extremely closer but for just a 1 hour ride to south shore, it doesn't sound too bad. I can also find something near sullivan county, maybe bashakill park?? how did you do it out of your kayak and not get thrown over from recoil? lol

I am new to hunting and would love to try waterfowl hunting. Being in the Bronx doesn't help with the hunting much but i would like to know where can i get some good hunting maybe about 2 hours away?
