  1. Hazy beer for a Hazy day.
  2. Early start today with a IPA.
  3. A Hoppy IPA with a touch of floral.
  4. When I reloaded for my daughter back in the day I used IMR4350 for all 120 and 140 grain bullets. Going for 2700fps. She handled the recoil well and liked the results.
  5. A beer from our trip. A Dram Tree Scottish Ale from the Front street Brewery. Great Beer.
  6. Back from a small hiatus. Tonight's dish is steamed cod with Salamida State Fair Lemon and Garlic Marinade done on the grill. Served with sauteed zuks,yellow squash,onions in olive oil. Along with some slaw. Enhanced with a Chard.
  7. I use a Nikon Coolpix L18 for field pics and such. It's a older digital camera but works well. Lately I use my cellphone.

  13. Wild Bear Tavern a German venue place. Dunkel brew with wings and potatoe pancakes. not bad.
  14. Marinated Grilled chicken with salad,blue cheese crumbles and Greek vinaigrette. Enhanced with a Chard.
  15. Beautiful day 70 deg. on the deck with an Ole Fashioned getting ready to BQ some chicken for this evenings meal.

  17. Center cut pork chops with homemade tater salad and tomatoes. Chard. for enhancement.
  18. Scalloped potatoes with ham, green beans and a Cabernet for enhancement.
  19. Cod steamed on the grill with butter, olive oil, lemon and old Bay. Rice with garlic and herb. Cole slaw. Enhanced with a Chard.
  20. Beef, mushroom and wine sauce Strog. over noodles. Green salad, croutons, with crumbly blue cheese and Greek vinaigrette. Cabernet to finish.
  21. Beautiful day 60 deg. calls for a Vodka an Tonic with lime.
  22. The Forge is back to normal as the fires were sporadic. The wind blew embers all around and started fires. Gatlinburg had the most damage but back up and strong. Can still see some reminders of the fire but mostly heeled. Folks still visiting by the thousands. To day was a slow day and just nice to be out.
