    Eventually people are going to have to realize that the power to change things or resist creeping tyranny is in their hands. Sitting around waiting for organizations to fix cultural problems is a losing game. It is in fact a socialist and dependent worldview.

    What we are seeing today reminds my of my reading of the French Revolution. The "Republicans" emptied the prisons in order to create chaos and have criminals freed to do their dirty work for them in the building of their new order. The Dems have shown favor to Barabbas over Christ. No surprises there i guess.

    Some production years are bad for car troubles. There is a website that lists the issues with all makes n models for a given year. Some years seem to produce hum-dingers while others are trouble free for the same car. be aware of the year you are looking to purchase.

    I have one currently and it is great in heavy snow with a decent set of tires. Big enough to put a dead deer in the back also. A pretty comfy ride. Much better than the Subaru i had previously and it does not suffer the Subaru hunger for oil burning. I live in ski country and have to deal with a lot of snow. The Equinox is up to the job. The only draw back in the 4 cylinder is the small engine and lack of acceleration and power capabilities. go for 6.
