Not hunting today had my 4 year old and he wanted to go to Wal-Mart so decided to be a good dad and stop. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. I hear a loud crash and screaming next thing I know there is a brawl going on about 20 people smashing each other with whatever they could get there hands on. Cops show up and these thugs start shoving back and fighting with cops. Man I feel bad for these cops with all this feguson crap etc they can't even do there jobs anymore. Well thank you Amherst police for making me feel somewhat safe to get my kid out of the store. Only thing I could tell my boy is you see these people never act like that. So disgusted with some people in this society. Get me back in the woods.....

Switched it up today hunted state land and had the same results a big fat goose egg. Lots of sign and some beautiful land but the way the deer have been being pushed over there you just gotta be lucky too see something.

Haven't seen a deer in 5 days! Tomorrow might be my last day hunting for the season so hopefully I can get something done. Deer drive and still hunting today and nobody seen a hair.... 9m is pretty slow. Even the state landers were quiet today maybe heard 3 shots all day.

It's been pretty quiet her in 9m last week or so. Ran into Dec officer yesterday said it has been a slow season.

I've been hunting deer for 20 years now and I can't ever remember seeing a buck after opening day of gun season. This is real boring. My trail cams are littered with bucks but all are noctornal now.

Very slow in 9m today hardly any shots. Left camp at 6 and down the road there is a truck with its flashers on I stop ask if there ok guy says yeah but this car just hit his truck crushed his stand and almost killed his wife that was standing at the back of the truck. Needles to say the guy was hammered so I took my truck to box him in because he was trying to get away.good showed up one less drunk on the roads . glad everyone is ok....

First post in this thread. I love reading especially when bored in the stand! So I have 4 trail cams out and have 22 differnt pics of bucks on my cams and no does... Weird!!! Anyway first weekend out all year do to work schedule and family vaca. Saturday complete bust not even a squirle. Today had two bucks in the driveway and seen another a cross the road so decided to grunt. He was interested until my two uncles decided to go in for an early lunch... Oh well win some lose some probably wouldn't have shot the 8 after seeing these bruisers on cam.

Next year can you give me the extra 600 to add the bear tag?

I was out in colorado elk hunting last year when I noticed a hole in the side of the moudin I was waking along thinking to myself that looks like something would be living in there. All of a sudden I hear a angry growl and out sticks the head of a black bear damn near crapped my pants. I couldn't back out of there fast enough.

I have flip too mittens ad I put toe warmers with the sticky back in them and I usually have to flip the mitten open. If you use this method make sure you use the sticky back warmers or risk them falling out.

I need two block targets because I blow right thru one the seond one stops it. Even at 40 yards. I have a Excalibur matrix 310 and it blows thru not sure how many fps your crossbow shoots but recommend two block targets. You can get two for under $100 at dicks.

I found a stand a couple of years ago overlooking my field in a tree that had many posted signs around it . So to the guy that put it there I still have the stand and use it its just not where you left it. Once again thanks for the donation.
