    I had to get a new phone and the charger port on my new one is bigger and doesn't fit. I have a bone view as card reader. Does anybody know if I can hook the bone view into my kindle fire?

    Went out to hang some posted signs and check the trail cams I still have with my 10 and 4 year old sons today. The 4 year old wants to go to his stand. Actually its my old mans stand that he thinks is his. Its a 2 man and plenty big enough for all 3 of us. So we are sitting there and watching a grouse we were not in the stand 5 noisy minutes and I hear snap from behind the tree. As I turn around I swear to you its a friggin monster 10 just staring at us. My oldest says oh my god that's the biggest deer I've ever seen. Simply amazing how they know you do not have any weapons on you some times. Just so glad my boys got to see that they have buck fever now.

    Went to check some cams after work today and some scumbag walked off with two of my cams. My land is posted heavily. Im just amazed at the society we live in. Nobody wants to work and they think everything is free. What do I have to do put cams on my cams?

    No movement for the 2nd day on my land. Neighbor shot a huge 11ptr.yesterday. the bills better win today or I will have regret getting out of my stand since I know now there are actually deer around here.

    First sit of th e year for me at my land in 9m. Not even a squirel this morning. But I guess that's ok seeing that I forgot to put my broadheads in my arrows. Lol.... Back at another stand this evening with broadheads.

    I received mine in the mail on Friday. This is the first year I will be participating in the survey. I always keep a log for personal use but this year I m more looking forward to sharing with the state about the low deer population we have that they think is high.

    I find 1 or 2 deer Caracas a year. My land borders state land and I'm pretty sure it's them that dump them in my ravines just off the road. Makes me sick.

    I take my kids there a lot. Pretty darn cool place. Its a bounus that you can buy elk,bison and water buffalo meat there. I always buy some every time we go there.

    I got home today and checked the mail and what a surprise I received. Its a letter from my assemblyman Robin Schimminger in response to my email I sent him regarding this fight. I am pretty schocked. I think it's pretty damn cool made my day. Made me feel like we have a shot at this.

    I've always put mine 3-4' high and back maybe 10 yards from where you think the deer are coming from. I put one about 6' up once and didn't have the same perameter. When angled down the lens is kind of fixated on one spot. If that makes sense.

    I was really looking forward to going out this weekend. I'm really digging this predator huntung even though I haven't connected yet. Quess it's just fun learning. But anyway weather man says high of 5 Saturday so I'll pass.. Sent from my VS986 using Tapatalk

    My land borders state land so the first weekend I spend more time kicking trespassers off my land than hunting. Although I did venture over on state land this year because I just wasn't seeing anything and I found probaby the most gorgeous piece of land. 4 hills come together and open to a meadow it reminded me of hunting out west. Didn't see anything but sometimes you don't mind when the scenery is that amazing.

    So decided to give coyote hunting a try since deer season in ny was a bust as well as my flint lock trip to PA was a bust also. Have to say a lot has to be learned still you just can't go out there and expect them to walk by. There not deer you really can't pattern them. Deffinatly looking forward to more sits and hopefully getting an opportunity. If there are any tips anyone would like to share please do. I went for a night time sit with my spot light and predator call. And I'm not going to lie it's kind of creepy out there at night with the owls sneeking in and hooting 10 feet up a tree from you...

    I have mouser but I was looking for something I could bring elk hunting in Colorado with me and if I ever pull that elusive PA elk tag. I know a 30-06 is very good caliber for both just looking for more punch.

    Yes it's state land its called willow creek atv trails. We camp there a lot in the summer LOTS of bear.
