    Just boarded the plane off for my yearly elk trip to Colorado. It's supposed too be cold cold cold.... teens and 20's in the mornings. Good luck to everybody! Hope to see some pics of some members with some big boys on the ground when I return. KNOCKEM DOWN!!!!!!

    Awesome!!!! I watched a 10 and a 12 for 45 minutes last weekend push each other around in a field. It was absolutely amazing.

    Mine is a gun that isn't shouldered but mounted. 50. Cal what a weapon squeeze the trigger and hold on. That was my favorite weapon when I was in the U.S. ARMY.

    I went to the Tonawanda store yesterday and it was packed. I have no idea why so many people in the checkout lines the deals are not deals. They jacked their prices up and put 20% off stickers on them. I recently purchased a pair of keen boots for work for $90 from there and the price on them yesterday was $139. Treestands were jacked up also. Maybe give it another try a couple days before the lights are officially turned off.

    I bought timberland pro series not to long ago after doing some research. Best boot ive ever owned. There insoles litteraly feel like you have two pillows strapped to your feet. I purchased them at Lockport outdoor store. I'm on my feet from 10-12 hours a day humping pipe for fire sprinkler systems. There are several different styles to choose from. Give them a try you won't be disappointed!

    What gets me is how people are screaming about how trump is throwing "IMMIGRANTS" out of our country. Wake up people its the "ILLEGALS" that bypass the immigrant status. That is what our grandparents came here as immigrants not illegals.

    I've done colorado every year for the last 5 years for mule deer and elk. This year will be 6. I know spoiled right. My dream hunt is me and my boy going way up north in Alaska to hunt muskoxen since that's his favorite animal and that's all he talks about. Crazy 5 year old...lol... Then we fly to Africa to get a wildebeest. That's my favorite creature. Just something so majestic and mysterious about them.

    I asked Santa and received the camera I've been looking at. Gotta say wolly and his pictures got me intrigued into taking a gander into this hobby.

    I have scumbags that like to cut off the head of a deer and throw them off the road and into my gully. Every year same story and same spot.

    Best- elk with a close second of ruffled grouse wrapped in bacon Worst- snapping turtle. Cant explain the flavor just nasty.

    I feel your pain brother I harvested my first and only buck in 2001. Not that i haven't had plenty of opportunities i don't want to harvest young bucks. I've missed seveal times on big bucks. I still can't get my nerves to chill...lol... I am content in harvesting does.

    Just kicked up 6 doe. 1 very mature and 5 little ones with her. Looks like she's playing momma to the ones that lost there's. She got a pass.
