Quesadillas. Marinated some beef round sandwich steak in few dashes of soy , worchestshire, black garlic evoo , minced jalapeño in with the steak upon cook with a few sprinkles of bs Philly cheesesteak seasoning . So easy and quick.

Pick up some sheephead crack aka crayfish from the bait shop at north end of SBH if kids are going. Daughter picked up her nice bass and lost another good one on crawfish. Buddy and I using 1/8 oz jig heads and 3” Gulp minnows
